Review: Dishoom

12 UPPER ST MARTIN’S LANE, LONDON WC2H 9FB  || 020 7420 9320 || ££ || Takes Reservations

A Bombay cafe with small dishes for quick fixes, plenty of choices and variety which is nice as it caters to all. My 2nd time here at the Covent Garden store (there's on in Shoreditch), brunch again, definitely an alternative brunch spot as the food is tasteful with spices. not too crowded on a Sunday morning but have walked by and seen queues outside so perhaps should make reservation for lunch or dinner just to be safe. they have items ranging from porridge, yogurt & granola, to Bombay styled fried eggs, fire toast and naan rolls. Very fresh ingredients and served very promptly, the waiters are delightful and quick which is a big plus for me! one of the healthier food choice spot I've been for brunch with food that's satiating but not too heavy.

House Chai, small cup but flavourful, sweet Masala Chai

Sauasage Naan Roll, small portions but filling, with cilantro, cream cheese and sweet (tomato) spread?
